As the data controller, FONEX KOZMETİK - FONEKS KOZMETİK SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. processes the personal information you share in the contact form, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, company name and any personal information contained in your message.

Your information is collected electronically through the web form and any subsequent correspondence related to your request.

Information required to answer your general questions and manage your contact requests is processed on the basis of Article 5/2-f of the KVKK, within the scope of our legitimate interest in conducting effective customer and corporate communication, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Information required to fulfil a request relating to a contract to which you will be a party is processed under Article 5/2-c, and records required to manage disputes under Article 5/2-e.

Your information is accessed by the authorised teams responsible for your request. It is shared, to the extent necessary, with our website infrastructure provider Shopify and our form delivery provider Web3Forms to operate the form and communication infrastructure, with legal advisers for necessary legal support, and with authorised public institutions and judicial authorities in response to duly made requests.

From the conclusion of your request, your information are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Records required in connection with a legal dispute or a statutory retention obligation are kept for the relevant period.

Please do not include in the message field any personal information unrelated to your request, special categories of personal data, or unnecessary information about third parties.

Job Applicant Privacy Notice

As the data controller, FONEX KOZMETİK - FONEKS KOZMETİK SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. informs you about the processing of your personal data during the job application and recruitment assessment process.

Information processed and method of collection

We process your first and last name, contact details, city of residence, the position you are applying for, your education and work experience, professional competencies, foreign language and certification details, application-related information contained in your CV, application correspondence and interview assessments.

Your information is collected electronically through the web application form, the CV you upload, email correspondence and recruitment interviews, or through written records forming part of a filing system.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information required to evaluate your application, assess your suitability for the requirements of the position, schedule interviews, communicate with you and carry out the process towards concluding an employment contract is processed on the basis of Article 5/2-c of the KVKK.

Records required to protect rights in a dispute relating to the recruitment process are processed on the basis of Article 5/2-e of the KVKK.

Keeping you in our candidate pool for other positions after your current application has been concluded is based on the optional explicit consent you may separately give for this purpose.

Sharing of information

Your information is accessed by authorised human resources staff and the managers responsible for evaluating the relevant position. It is shared, to the extent necessary, with our website infrastructure provider Shopify, our form delivery provider FormSubmit and our email service providers to operate the application system; with legal advisers for necessary legal support; and with authorised public institutions and judicial authorities in response to duly made requests.

Retention period

From the conclusion of the recruitment process, information relating to your current application are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you choose to join our candidate pool, your information is kept for this purpose for as long as you do not withdraw your explicit consent. If you are hired, a separate notice will be provided regarding the processing of employee data.

Information that should not be shared in your application

Please do not share health information, criminal record certificates, information on political opinions, religion or trade union membership, or copies of identity documents that are not required for your application. Special categories of information required by the role or by legislation will be requested when needed, on an appropriate legal basis and with a separate notice.

Please do not include the contact details of referees in your initial application. If a reference check is needed, the process will be explained separately.

Brand Ambassador Application Privacy Notice

As the data controller, FONEX KOZMETİK - FONEKS KOZMETİK SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. informs you about the processing of your personal data in connection with your Brand Ambassador application.

Information processed and method of collection

We process your first and last name, country and city, email address, phone number, profession or area of expertise, social media profile links, the platforms on which you create content, your content category, the brand or product category you are interested in, your application statements and any portfolio or media kit link you optionally provide.

This information is collected electronically through the web application form and subsequent correspondence about your application. Professional content in the profiles and portfolios you share that is relevant to evaluating your application is also reviewed.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information required to evaluate your application, assess the fit between your professional experience and content and the planned collaboration, communicate with you and discuss the terms of a possible collaboration is processed on the basis of the processing condition in Article 5/2-c of the KVKK relating to the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Application and correspondence records required to manage a dispute are processed on the basis of the processing condition in Article 5/2-e of the KVKK relating to the protection of rights.

Sharing of information

Your application is accessed by the marketing and partnership teams authorised by virtue of their duties. Your information is shared, to the extent needed, with our website infrastructure provider Shopify, our form delivery provider Web3Forms and our email service providers to operate the application system; with legal advisers for necessary legal support; and with authorised public institutions and judicial authorities to respond to duly made requests.

Retention period

From the completion of the evaluation process, your application data are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If a collaboration is established, the retention principles relating to the contractual process will be communicated separately. Where there is a dispute or a statutory retention obligation, only the necessary records are kept for the relevant period.

Submitting an application does not mean that you consent to your image or content being published on Fonex channels. The use of content and publication terms will be agreed separately if a collaboration is established.

Information processed and method of collection

Your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, application subject, the name, website and address of the company you represent, your experience, annual purchasing information, your message and the Instagram and LinkedIn links you share are processed to the extent that they relate to a natural person.

Information is collected through the web form and subsequent correspondence and meetings related to your application. Company information that belongs solely to a legal entity and cannot be associated with a natural person is not considered personal data.

Purposes and legal grounds

The contact and professional information you provide as a company representative is processed on the basis of Article 5/2-f of the KVKK, within the scope of our legitimate interest in handling the application with the right person and evaluating potential distributor relationships, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

If you apply as a natural person who will be a party to the contract, information required for pre-contractual evaluation and negotiations is processed on the basis of Article 5/2-c of the KVKK.

Records required to manage disputes are processed on the basis of Article 5/2-e of the KVKK.

Sharing of information

Your information is accessed by authorised sales, export and business development teams. Our website infrastructure provider Shopify and our form delivery provider Web3Forms (to operate the application system), legal advisers (for necessary legal support) and authorised public institutions and judicial authorities (in response to duly made requests) may access the information they need.

Retention period

From the conclusion of the discussions, application data are kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If a commercial relationship is established, the relevant contractual and statutory retention principles apply. Records required in connection with legal disputes may additionally be kept for the relevant period.

Being contacted about your application does not mean that you are automatically subscribed to general advertising or campaign communications.
